Serving Northwest Tucson along the Oracle Road corridor, Chuze Fitness offers a complete fitness and wellness experience. Members enjoy group fitness classes, a turf training area, cardio and strength training equipment, the Chuze Blends bar, Studio IR heated fitness classes, and Chuze Cinema, plus massage chairs, body composition scans and a pool and hot tub. Parents can work out with peace of mind knowing kids are safe and cared for in Kids Club. Members often call it one of the cleanest gyms they've belonged to, with a friendly staff and amenities that feel like more than the price suggests. That's Less Attitude. in action. At participating Chuze Fitness locations, our recovery amenities include Human Touch Zero Gravity Massage Chairs designed to give you a comfortable, full-body massage experience right inside the gym.

Just check in, book your massage chair with the front desk, choose your settings, settle into zero gravity and let the chair do the rest.

Sir Valentino comes to Chuze with his dad, a veteran living with PTSD, to support him as he prioritizes both his physical and mental health.

Because sometimes, more support means having your best friend right there beside you.

Join us tomorrow, Saturday, May 3rd at select locations for a special Kids Club family Zumba class! We're hosting a 30 minute designed for Lil Chuzers and their parents, so get ready to dance, groove, laugh, and have fun while being led by your favorite Chuze instructors!
