We have a 5 minute late policy for all FR!DAY reformer and strength classes. This ensures that you don’t miss the warm up which is vital so your body is ready to move.

For our hot mat classes the doors close when class begins and no one is allowed in late to eliminate distractions and ensure your body is properly warmed up and ready to sweat in the hot room 😉
