On May 23rd, the Toro Bravos stepped into Rage in the Cage at Desert Diamond Casino in Sahuarita, Arizona and delivered a flawless 4-0 performance.

Humberto Hidalgo opened the night with a dominant first-round Rear Naked Choke victory, improving to 2-1.

Richard Galvan continued his undefeated run, securing a third-round Rear Naked Choke finish to move to 3-0.

Chris Deer lived up to the Toro Bravo name, storming across the cage and finishing his opponent by knockout in just 8 seconds of the first round, bringing his record to 3-2.

In the main event, Andrew Le put on a complete mixed martial arts performance. Mixing sharp striking, relentless grappling, and punishing leg kicks, Le controlled all three rounds en route to a unanimous 30-27 decision victory. The win keeps him undefeated at 5-0.

The team finished the night a perfect 4-0.

Up next, Team Captain Anthony “El Toro” Birchak returns to action on July 11 in El Paso, Texas, competing for the CFC Lightweight Championship.
