FRIDAY NIGHTS AT TOROTECH MMA — NEW DROP-IN POLICY

For over a decade, we’ve worked to provide Tucson’s combat sports community with a clean, professional place to train, learn, spar, and get quality rounds.

As we move into our next chapter, we’re making a few changes.

Effective October 1, 2026:

Sparring: $20 drop-in for non-members
BJJ Open Mat: Remains FREE for members of the Jiu-Jitsu community and visiting associations
General visitors/non-community: $20 drop-in

For those who want consistent access without a full gym membership, we now offer an Open Mat/Sparring Membership for $35/month.

Our 6:30 PM Wrestling & Judo community classes remain FREE.

These changes help us continue maintaining our facility, supporting our programs and coaches, and protecting the quality of the training environment our members and visitors expect.

We appreciate everyone who has walked through our doors, shared our mats, supported our events, and helped build this community over the last decade.

We’re excited about where Torotech MMA is headed next.

The lights. The walkouts. The pressure. The world stage.

From the UFC to RIZIN, Anthony Birchak has spent his career stepping into the cage/Ring against some of the best fighters in the world. Every fight, every camp, every sacrifice has led to this final chapter.

On July 11, Anthony Birchak makes the walk one last time at CFC in El Paso, Texas.

This isn’t just another fight—it’s the celebration of a career built on grit, resilience, and a lifelong commitment to martial arts.

The story isn’t over yet.

One last camp.
One last walk.
One last war.

Let’s finish this the only way we know how.

Rage in the Cage

05/29/2026

TOROTECH MMA NEWS

On May 23rd, the Toro Bravos stepped into Rage in the Cage at Desert Diamond Casino in Sahuarita, Arizona and delivered a flawless 4-0 performance.

Humberto Hidalgo opened the night with a dominant first-round Rear Naked Choke victory, improving to 2-1.

Richard Galvan continued his undefeated run, securing a third-round Rear Naked Choke finish to move to 3-0.

Chris Deer lived up to the Toro Bravo name, storming across the cage and finishing his opponent by knockout in just 8 seconds of the first round, bringing his record to 3-2.

In the main event, Andrew Le put on a complete mixed martial arts performance. Mixing sharp striking, relentless grappling, and punishing leg kicks, Le controlled all three rounds en route to a unanimous 30-27 decision victory. The win keeps him undefeated at 5-0.

The team finished the night a perfect 4-0.

A special thank you goes to coaches Anthony Birchak, Ace Martinez, and Ruben Bravo of Bravo Boxing Lab. Their leadership, experience, and commitment to developing athletes continue to elevate our team to new heights.

Up next, Team Captain Anthony “El Toro” Birchak returns to action on July 11 in El Paso, Texas, competing for the CFC Lightweight Championship.
