Even though I will not be participating in the Burn Athlete Games this August (I will be mid IVF cycle) I wanted to test out a few of the regional workouts that were posted!
🔥One of them is 300 double unders for time.
I broke it into sets of 50. This is my final set of 50 in 33 seconds (struggle bus at the end 😅) but I finished in 4:17!!
I definitely surprised myself with this one!💙👏🏼
