Our hearts are bursting with gratitude for a beautiful year of yoga with our second graders at Satori School!
From mindful breathing to playful movement and everything in between, it’s been such a joy watching students grow in confidence, calm, and connection each week.
A heartfelt thank you from us at Mini Moons for welcoming us into your classroom and making space for mindfulness, fun, and a little extra peace in the day. We already can’t wait for next year on the mat!

Sometimes when life feels too loud and overwhelming, a good book, a grounding yoga practice and a friend to lean on is all we need.
Today, our little yogi's explored how they prefer friends and loved ones to show up for them when they have a problem.
We used the book The Rabbit Listened by Cori Doerfeld, and our students practiced their poses and even helped each other find balance!

About 90% of the books we use in our yoga classes come from — which means every story, every lesson, and every mindful moment is rooted in supporting local.
