Trainer Tip Tuesday: Are you bracing your core correctly? 💪

Core bracing isn’t about sucking in your stomach. It’s about creating tension throughout your midsection to give your body a strong, stable foundation.

Stand tall with a neutral spine, breathe into your belly and sides, then tighten your midsection as if someone is about to bump into you. Maintain that tension while continuing to breathe throughout the movement.

Practice before adding weight—then use your brace during exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows.
