Adam and Quinn did a trial Pilates class with Ashley at her beautiful studio, and we learned two things:

1) Ashley is a fantastic instructor and has extensive experience working with athletes from different backgrounds. It shows. 😮‍💨

2) Pilates is a wonderful opportunity to supplement and challenge your fitness in different way. (Abs and glutes on 🔥 )

We are super excited to be hosting Ashley THIS SUNDAY at 10:30am as she takes us through a mat Pilates class
