Rida Tanveer this was myself this morning and my lunch in the early afternoon 🌞🌄🌞 as well as my brother Sean O'Neill 's placemat by his kitchen sink.
Been watching and listening to YouTube Premium as well as looking at reels on Facebook, saving the ones I find of interest for public consumption.

The Tucson Academy of winchun has been around since 2005.And is still going strong after a Pause inaction for lm5 years. Now Michael O'Neill will guide people through the forms, especially the Sui Lim Tau, the 1st form of Wing chun kung fu.
