Hi beautiful ppl ✨ I want to share that I was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. The good news is that it’s Stage 2 and highly treatable. Through what feels like divine timing, I noticed a lump, listened to intuition, and moved past fear to get everything checked quickly. I’m now on a rapid path to treatment - I start chemo in eight hours!

I won’t be teaching any in-person classes for a while but my personal practice will help carry me to the other side.

Through the physical and non-physical practices of yoga, I’ve built an awareness of body and spirit that has been deeply fortifying in this space of uncertainty, fear, and hope.

Beneath the turbulence , there is stillness. Beneath the stillness: breath, presence, and simply being alive in this body, on this journey.

I trust in my body’s divine ability to heal with support, intention, and care ✨
