Under the Oaks Ranch Our family has been operating Under the Oaks Ranch since 2014 in the heart of the California Central Valley - Tulare! Welcome to Under the Oaks Ranch!

Under beautiful Valley Oaks, we raise British White cattle on pasture. The British White beef breed is known for tenderness and flavor on a grass diet. We offer British White steers for sale at live weight price and packaged meat, as well. All are raised on pasture grass. No hormones given. Antibiotics are administered when necessary, which has been done very few times since we started the ranch in 2014. Holstein cattle are available from our dairy farm- Rio Blanco Dairy.
