Moriarty MX would like to congratulate all of our racers this past weekend!!! It was an amazing weekend and it wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you!!! We hope that the District 45 New Mexico State Championship will continue to grow, for years to come.

We have been flooded with messages and texts, regarding our new adventure. Here is the info you’ve been waiting for:

MMX is stoked to announce that we will be opening up another amazing track, under our ownership. Heart Bar MX will be coming soon, to Tularosa, NM. We are excited and beyond grateful, to have been chosen by the State of New Mexico, to bring motocross back to the Southern part of the state.

Moriarty MX will run April-November, and will continue with random practice days throughout the winter.

Heart Bar MX will run November-March. We will do our best to provide random practice days for this track as well.

We will be rebuilding the track, and will hold a premiere practice day, for all donors. On this day, donors will ride the brand new layout first. We will open sign up soon, with our CashApp and Venmo links for donations. Our goal is to have this day in November, and follow with our 2024/2025 race series.

We appreciate all of the love that we have been shown so far.

Cheers to new beginnings and endless possibilities.♥️🏁

Updates regarding WideOpen Motorsports Park.

First off I want to say thank you for your support.
Unfortunately, this is not a good update or good news. But I promise I will always be honest and keep it with 100 with everybody.

So we were in the final phases the new lease renewed. So the survey company that I hired was working with Conrad Kegel and Jim Bordegaray Director of commercial resources division for the state of New Mexico.

It was about two weeks ago that the survey company sent the new revision request back to Conrad Keel for approval to do the walk-through.

Part of these request was downsizing the lease from 680 acres to only 80 acres and the road off of Highway 54 that leads to the track. To make a long story short, the survey company that I hired had not heard back from Conrad in two weeks. So I finally started making phone calls two days ago and got a hold of Jim Bordegaray. I explained to Jim that the survey company or myself have not heard back from Conrad in the last two weeks, regarding the requested changes to the survey the facility. This was the last requirement requested before we could do the final walk-through the facility.

This phone conversation with Jim, is were things took a big turn. I was thinking maybe Conrad was on vacation or leave but that was not the issue. Jim Bordegaray responded back telling me that he was no longer going to move forward with the new lease be assigned Wide Open Motorsports Park. Of course I was shocked and asked why? Then asked when were you planning on telling me all this after I spent close to $50,000 preparing the requested surveys & material to attain this lease?

The vague response, Then Jim stated they received a new applicant but hasn’t completed or even finished application process that they want to move forward with. Then I explain to Jim why would you tell me this after I paid so many thousands of dollars for this special surveys and attorney cost. Plus all the time and resources it took me to get to this point. Then Jim states while you could always sell all surveys & information to the new applicant that we want to go with. Of course I bit my tongue and didn’t say nothing.

I’m not going to drag this post on and on. But Wide Open Motorsports Park has a few different opportunities for the new location and will continue moving forward!!!

If you want more information regarding the old Tulie Motocross track. I will attach Conrad and Jim’s phone numbers and emails as it’s public information anyway. Hopefully they can answer any questions or concerns you have. Also I will add screenshots supporting this information.
