Big things happening with our U14 girls as they continue to raise the standard for our club.
A couple of weekends ago, they were invited to compete up in a Gold bracket tournament against teams playing in the GA—the highest level of youth girls soccer. For a group still building chemistry with several new players this season, it was a huge opportunity, and they stepped right into it. The girls earned 2 wins in 3 games and, more importantly, gained invaluable experience competing at a top level.
This past weekend, they carried that momentum straight into TSL play.
Starting in 6th place, they faced the 3rd-place team and delivered a statement 4–1 win. They followed it up Sunday with another strong 5–1 performance, climbing all the way to 4th in the table.
What’s been most exciting is watching this group grow together -taking what we train each week and consistently applying it in games. That kind of progress doesn’t happen by accident - it’s a credit to the players buying in and the level of coaching and standards being set every day.
Their work rate, competitiveness, and the way they support each other is exactly what we want our culture to look like.

There have been a lot of questions about the upcoming US Soccer age group changes, and this is a helpful video that clearly explains how the system will work and the benefits behind it.
As a club, our approach remains consistent: we will continue forming teams based on what is best for both player development and team success.
That means some teams may play “up” when it makes sense, while others will compete in their natural seasonal age group. Likewise, some players will be moved up based on individual development, while others will remain with their seasonal team where they are best supported and challenged.
We are fortunate to have many players who may experience both throughout the year depending on their growth and readiness.
At the core of every decision, we remain focused on doing what is best for each player’s development while also building strong, competitive teams.

Three of our teams competed this past weekend in the Stone’s River Shootout. Our 2014 team was able to go straight to the finals on Sunday where they came up short but left with some FINALISTS hardware!
The 2015s had a tie and a win up until the semifinals, and the 2012s ended the weekend with a 4-0 shutout! Super proud of these kids and the growth they show individually and as a team!
