Cohesion Training Academy Building courage in a safe place for people to fight to become the best versions of themselves Specializing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. Combat Veteran.

Cohesion BJJ & Judo is a martial arts academy in Central Tulsa Oklahoma. But also offers classes in MMA, kickboxing, & Krav maga. Cohesion is a member in good standing with The United States Judo Association. Cohesion has over 6,000 sq ft of space to offer training in all areas of Martial Arts. Future Plans for the facility include - weight area, cardio training area, heavy bag area. Cohesion has over 2,500 sq ft of mat space and has plans to add more. We offer classes for everyone from 4 years old and up. Cohesion is Owned and Operated by Professor Steve Matias. Steve is the Head Coach for Cohesion Wrestling Youth Team, A 2nd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as a 4th degree black belt in Judo. Steve also serves as a United States Judo Association. Steve is also Marine Corps. He is an Active Fire Fighter. Both Steve and Josh have a passion for helping others and aim to make your journey the most rewarding journey in Martial Arts. We see all of our members as family.
