We have heard Michael Phelps is not willing to swim in the chemicals in the Tulsa water this morning. The machine will be set to FREE vend from 1pm to 6pm today. We have a 5 filter system and free ice untill the ice bin is empty. Yes we are giving away great water and ice in the afternoon. Come by 16th and Harvard.
