🍰🌟 BIG REVEAL 🌟🍰
Introducing... our new High Protein Cheesecake! 💪🍰 This delicious, creamy delight isn't just a feast for your taste buds, it's also a powerhouse of protein that aligns with your fitness goals. Yes, that's right - we're delivering the dream combination of dessert and nutrition in every slice! 🌟
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups almond flour
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
For the Filling:
2 cups Greek yogurt (60g protein)
1 cup cottage cheese (28g protein)
1 cup vanilla or caramel-flavored protein powder (30g protein)
¼ cup salted caramel sauce
¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
For the Topping:
Salted caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Crushed peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup for the crust. Mix until well combined.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a greased or parchment paper-lined 9-inch springform pan. Make sure the crust is evenly distributed.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, salted caramel sauce, chopped roasted peanuts, vanilla extract, and salt for the filling. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the filling mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Drizzle additional salted caramel sauce over the top of the filling and use a toothpick or knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, drizzle salted caramel sauce on top and sprinkle crushed peanuts for garnish.
Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious high-protein Salted Caramel Peanut Cheesecake!
