6 weeks postpartum!
Getting into the gym again feels like starting from ground 0.
It’s been the hardest & happiest time of my life.
Trying to give myself some grace; it took 9 months to get here, and it’s gonna take some time to find my way back, plus, I received quite literally the best gift life has to offer.🥹
I’m excited to find this new version of myself & slowly get into the new rhythm of things! So elated to be back doing what I love the most.
Looking forward to sharing my postpartum journey & helping my fellow mamas (+ anyone else who’s also struggling w/ themselves, postpartum or not!)

These are my top 6 personal favorite accessory movements to help shape that b***y 🍑
Compounds are 🔑, but accessory movements are just as fundamental & help hit those smaller muscles that aren’t always targeted with your basic compound movements that aren’t able to hit those smaller muscle fibers.
This is why it’s important to have mixture of both for a well rounded plan!
Pick a couple of these for the end of your workout, lower weight, higher reps, and really focus on the mind to muscle connection.
I promise, it makes a difference!
