After 50, muscle loss isn’t optional — it’s automatic… unless you fight it.

Walking is great for your heart ❤️
But walking alone does not preserve muscle.

Strength training sends a clear message to your body:

Functional strength means:

• Getting off the floor easily
• Carrying groceries without strain
• Climbing stairs confidently

These aren’t “gym goals.”
These are LIFE skills.

Here’s the reality 👇

📉 Adults lose 3–8% of muscle mass per decade after age 30 if they don’t strength train.
📉 After 50, muscle loss can accelerate to 1–2% per year.
📉 Lower body strength is one of the biggest predictors of independence as we age.
📉 Nearly 1 in 4 adults over 65 falls each year — and loss of leg strength is a major factor.

If you don’t train these movements… they decline.

Strength is a skill.
And skills must be practiced.

START TODAY:

👉 Practice 10 sit-to-stands from a chair without using your hands.
👉 Control the movement.
👉 Keep your chest tall.

Small practice now prevents big problems later.

You don’t have to be extreme.
You just have to be consistent.
