EXCELLENCE IS THE RESULT OF SLOWLY BUILDING GOOD HABITS✨ This program teaches students to identify and consistently engage the correct secondary muscles necessary to achieve proper body placement and build muscle memory. Proper body placement elongates the body and creates the appearance of longer lines. This enables the dancer to execute beautiful fluid movements with elegance and ease.
