On AZBilliards, a man kindly posts "shooting stats" on the big tournaments. These Stats show the Break Shot can be the deciding factor in a match. This means you should be practicing the Break Shot, so you too can have an advantage...

Pool & Billiards is a game of tradition & tradition has it that Practice is needed, but who is traditional today. Players might do drills like "The L Drill, Circle Drill, Longstring Drill", but they aren't religious about it. This is 2019 & players are just now being concerned about the first shot in each game. But they don't practice the Break Shot, it's like pulling teeth. Since Van Boening came along, the break shot has shown itself to be the deciding factor. We've sold thousands of BreakRAKs, but we should have sold a hundred thousand. 100,000 / 34,000,000 players is 0.002 in 100 or 2 in 100,000. We are but 3-4,000. We've done well & appreciate what we've accomplished. But the Players could have done much more for themselves by accepting technology & practicing more.
In baseball, football, basketball, golf & tennis, the players practice a lot... BUT not Pool Players.
The Break Shot is the first shot in the game of Pool & no one will practice this shot; knowing they are done, if they don't make a ball on the Break & have a shot at the next ball. That is INSANE.
Well maybe two dozen players do,

BreakRAK is all about Cue Ball control.
Happy Memorial Day to those who died in service to our country
Summer's coming... it's time to hide in your "man cave". Practicing the Break Shot & doing your drills will have a profound effect on your game.
Imagine a Golf Pro that doesn't practice his Drives... he won't be much of a Pro Golfer & will probably be hungry.
The Break Shot has proven to be the key for winning,,,,

BreakRAK TIP
For those of you who haven't grasped the extreme importance of the Break Shot, please remember this, "Every game STARTs with the Break Shot". If you make a ball on the break, you are in charge of that game, on the Pool Table, at that moment. Your level of shot making abilities, your position play & your safety play are the tools you will need to get the win.
If you leave the table without running out, make sure your opponent doesn't have a shot. Locking up the cue ball can possibly insure you "ball in hand" when you return to the table. This is called "Control of the Table". Control can start with the Break Shot.
