When you try and try and try to change but things only seem to get worse, it can leave you feeling hopeless, depressed, stuck and defeated! Self destructive behaviors, addictions, depression and anxiety can be so hard to recover from. And recovering from them 100% on your own is nearly impossible.
When I could not stop binging and purging food several times per day, not matter how hard I tried to stop the bulimia, I just could not stop! I got to a point of no return I felt. I was so tired of life. I struggled horribly with depression and anxiety... until I used this strategy to finally recover, and now my life is better than ever!
No more bulimia, no more binge eating, no more food addiction, no more depression, and anxiety only pops up once in a while, and is very manageable!

The Ugly Truth about Kids’ Foods 😳
Kids’ foods, like blue unicorn waffles and hot pink cereals, are marketed as being OK for kids to eat, even though they are unhealthy. Just because a kid is a kid. Did you know many of the ingredients in our kids’ foods are banned in most other countries, because of the link to cancer, reproductive issues, developmental issues, behavior issues and more?
Yet these ingredients are allowed in the USA and foods containing these ingredients are marketed heavily to parents and children. And of course we believe these foods are safe if they are put on the shelves, right?
Unfortunately that is not true.
You can make a difference in your kids’ lives and their kids’ lives by calling BS on the lie that it’s ok for kids to eat these franken-foods! And by being the example. Just make one small step at a time, in the direction of health and life, and you will change your kids’ lies, their kids’ lives, and their kids’ lives! You will change your family for generations to come!

How to transform your overwhelm into confidence and clarity.
Binge eating and bulimia used to be a huge struggle for me, especially during the holidays. This mindset shift helped me on my recovery so I want to share it with you in case you struggle with eating.
Please DM me if you’d like help with your eating disorder, I know it can be such a secretive shameful thing, but sharing with someone is a step in the right direction, a step towards healing!

It is safe to feel your feelings. Feel the anxiety, feel the depression, and feel the anger, because truly, the only way out is through.
Some great ways to FEEL and release these feelings are breathwork, meditation, journaling and exercising. Breathing is the most immediate and arguably the most powerful of these tools to use in the moment AND as preventative care.
You can find breathwork videos for anxiety, depression and anger all over YouTube (including my channel,) and I’m excited to make some more for you this week!
Nothing is wrong with you for feeling anxiety or depression, but just covering them up and not facing them only makes them grow. You have the power to heal and experience inner peace, joy, and freedom now, right at your fingertips. Well you actually have that power all throughout your body, not just your fingertips. 😋😆
