OPENING DAY at HISTORIC LACY PARK: Always a good time on the diamond with our pals The Tulsa Outlaws!

For many of us, Sandlot has become a second life—a chance to rediscover the joy of a game we once loved and lost. This weekend in Tulsa, that feeling came full circle.

After a year of hard work restoring the Historic Lacy Park backstop, baseball officially returned—and it couldn’t have been scripted any better. Perfect weather, four T-Town teams, a hard-fought 9-inning battle with the Tulsa Outlaws, cold beer from Elgin Park, and a community that showed up in full.

But the real highlight? After the final out, catcher Madi Berry said YES to closer Thomas Cox right there on the field. From comeback stories to a brand new beginning—this park just added another unforgettable chapter.

Huge thanks to our Tulsa Breeze Sandlot Baseball Club buddy Daniel Gomez for calling a great game and to everyone who made the day special.
