Sautéed salmon in olive oil , sea salt and cayenne pepper tucked in a blanket of mixed greens and avocado sealed with rice paper ... Feel free to butter it up with some yogurt dressing ...and melt!

So I decided to have the following goal for myself : Eat 1 Salad Meal per day... Meaning : Salad for Dinner ... Join the movement ... Feel free to share your "real food salad"....
