It's only 10 minutes, you do it on your couch, and all you need is a cushion or blanket. We layer some calming breathing practices into a short restorative sequence so your mind has something to focus on while your body settles down.

A new 30-minute Slow Flow class is now on YouTube. ๐ง
This Slow Flow class moves through various series โ low lunge, standing, and reclined โ giving your whole body some attention from the ground up.
We open the body with standing sun breaths and side stretches. Then start to build a little warmth through lunges and Warrior poses before winding things down with a reclined series that invites your nervous system to settle.
This class is a great fit if you want to move your body without pushing it โ something between a stretch and a dynamic practice.
Beginner-friendly! A yoga mat and a little floor space are all you need.
