We only had 2 little guys compete at Newbreed today but they both came home with double gold! Even with only 2 competitors we still landed in the top 5 teams. Very proud!!

Our Muay Thai and Combative Striking program continues to explode!! Next Sunday, we are starting a Muay Thai FUNdamentals class to work on basic footwork, strikes, blocking, etc. This is a great way to get started in Muay Thai and learn how to do it correctly. First class is open to anyone/everyone. So if you or someone you know wants to learn Muay Thai basics - come on!!
