Ladies - it’s time for another epic Jedi Jiu-Jitsu Self Defense seminar!!

This time we will be working a little bit of everything we offer;
- Self Defense techniques
- Jiu-Jitsu techniques
- Muay Thai striking
- Judo throws

Open to all ladies 12+. You don’t have to be a member of JJJ or Tulsa Girls Social Club.
