Hey everyone, this has been such an amazing 3 months between all of the love and support we’ve gotten from our community and all of the new dancers we’ve added to our ranks! It has been such a thrill to watch you all learn and grow! Legacy Swing has been such a great success and we’ve had such a fun time running it.
Kelsey and I are going to let Legacy Swing take a rest so we can take a break from teaching, hosting, and DJing to focus on some of our other hobbies that have had to take a back seat for the last few years while we were fostering this community.
When we feel adequately recharged we will be sure to let you all know that Legacy is ready for round two! 🩷

Deep Dive Month 3: Musicality
Happy New Year everyone! This month in our Deep Dive Class we will be expanding past the standard 6 count 8 count format to explore the art of changing our patterns based on what is happening in the songs we dance to! 🎶
That’s right, it’s a musicality month!!! 🎉
Hitting phrase changes, making staccato/legato pattern choices, and really dancing to what is happening in the music!
Just a reminder: To get into the Deep Dive Class you have to be able to do the 5 beginner moves consistently with the correct timing, footwork, and connection.
