I THOUGHT CARDIO WAS ENOUGH

For years, Grant’s training revolved around one thing:

Cardio.

Run farther.
Push harder.
Do more.

And while his endurance improved, something was missing.

Strength.

Like a lot of people, he assumed strength training was something separate from performance.

Something bodybuilders did.

Something that might even slow him down.

Then he got curious enough to try something different.

Sometimes growth starts with realizing what you’re missing.

WHAT IF GETTING STRONGER ACTUALLY IMPROVED EVERYTHING ELSE YOU DO?

05/16/2026

NOW?

She’s stronger.
More consistent.
Actually excited to train — even when the workouts are tough.

And the wins stack up:
• Chin-ups
• Weight loss
• New friendships
• Confidence
• Energy for multiple sports outside the gym

That’s what happens when fitness stops feeling like punishment…

And starts becoming part of who you are.

IF YOUVE STRUGGLED STAYING CONSISTENT, YOURE NOT BROKEN.

You probably just haven’t found the right place yet.

DM “CONSISTENT” and let’s change that.

NOT EVERY GYM FEELS THE SAME

At Fenix:
• Every movement gets demonstrated
• Proper form actually matters
• Modifications are part of coaching — not an afterthought

And maybe the best part?

The atmosphere.

People joking between sets.
Cheering each other on.
A mix of ages, backgrounds, and experience levels all training together.

No ego.
No pretending.

Just people getting better together.

THAT CYCLE IS EXHAUSTING

Start over.
Get motivated.
Miss a few days.
Feel guilty.
Repeat.

Not because you’re lazy.

Because most people don’t actually have
• Structure
• Accountability
• A reason to keep showing up

That’s where Amanda started.

Trying to be consistent…
But never really getting anywhere.

Until a friend told her to come try Fenix.

SOMETIMES THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT CHANGES EVERYTHING!

THIS ISNT JUST A PLACE TO WORK OUT

From day one, something felt different for Karen.
It wasn’t just a class.

It was:
• A Coach who actually watches and corrects you
• People who push you — not judge you
• An environment built on growth, not ego

You’re not just another body in the room.
You’re part of something.
And somewhere along the way…

The nerves fade.
The routine builds.
The confidence starts showing up.
Not just in the gym — everywhere.
