When a player/parent decides to go another direction, i always respect their decision and genuinely wish them the best. There's a quote I believe in that goes like this.. "I'm their coach for a season, but I'm a fan for life"! I will always cheer them on from near or far. My only hope is they are in a situation where they are cared about as players and young men as much as they were with me 🏀💙

🏀You do not have to be a scorer to impact winning. There's 1 ball and 10 players on the court. There are many ways to contribute. Your looking at a hall of famer who averaged 27ppg in college, and became a defender and all- time rebounder in the league.💪
