Group workouts are 45 minutes in length and will include dynamic stretching and mobility exercises, compound lifts and HIIT (tabatas, AMRAPS, circuits, EMOMs, etc.) and will close with static stretching. If you’re looking for proof that consistency always wins, look no further than Lisa Gerow. Since joining Midtown Athletics in 2021, she’s been an absolute force. Whether it’s early mornings, tough workouts, or new challenges, she shows up!
Now newly retired, Lisa’s is celebrating 750 classes down and no signs of slowing down. Let’s give it up for a Midtown powerhouse who inspires us all! 🩷

There’s showing up…and then there’s Krissy Hefton!
Since 2018, Krissy has poured her energy, heart, and sweat into this gym - earning her place as the first ever member to hit 1,500 classes. She signs up for every challenge, every event, every competition - and now she leads from the front as a part-time coach, too.
To celebrate, we had to ditch the standard black, silver, or gold plaque and go full bedazzled because that’s the only thing that shines as bright as this amazing human!

NOON CLASSES ARE BACK starting next week featuring a new coach! Please join us in welcoming Cole to the Midtown coaching crew. A former bartender turned certified NASM personal trainer, he made the leap into fitness to help others feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in and out of the gym. He grew up playing football and brings years of personal fitness experience — plus a genuine passion for helping people hit their goals, whether that’s weight loss, mobility, or pure strength. Outside the gym? He’s into movies, live music, and skiing any chance he gets. Catch him Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at noon and in a few other sessions throughout the week!
