𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛 𝐔𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞

Ingredients

* 3 Tablespoons Oil
* 1 Lb Ground Beef
* 1 Sweet Onion, (chopped)
* 1 Orange Bell Pepper, (seeded, chopped)
* 3 Garlic Cloves, (chopped)
* 14 oz Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
* 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
* Salt/Pepper, (to taste)
* 1 Small Head Green Cabbage, (cored, chopped)
* 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese

Instructions
1. Saute oil, beef, onion and orange pepper over medium/high in large pan with high sides or a dutch oven. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
2. Add garlic and saute 1 more minute.
3. Stir in tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper. Top with cabbage. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
4. Top with cheese, cover until melted then serve.

VEGETABLE CREAM CHEESE ROLL UPS

INGREDIENTS:
* one (12-ounce) container of plain whipped cream cheese
* 1 teaspoon dried chives
* 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
* 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 4 Flatout ProteinUp CarbDown Wraps
* 1/2 small red bell pepper, finely diced
* 1 cucumber, cut into long thin slices (seeds removed)
* 1 carrot, grated
* 1 small crown of broccoli, finely diced

DIRECTIONS:
* In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, chives, dill, parsley, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.
* Spread this mixture onto a Flatout ProteinUp CarbDown Wrap all the way to the edges in an even layer. Repeat on 4 wraps. Place cucumber slice on one end of roll (the shorter of the two sides), and then sprinkle all other vegetables evenly over cream cheese.
* Tightly roll up tortilla with the filling on the inside. Wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat until all tortillas are filled and rolled.
* Place wrapped rolls in fridge and chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into pinwheels about 1/2-inch thick and serving. Best served same day.

Baked cabbage steaks preheat oven 400 wash and remove outer leaves trim stem off ,cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper both sides bake 30 to 40 minutes I like mine at 40 min so edges start to brown delicious and calorie friendly

Spicy Kani Salad

INGREDIENTS

salad-
* 8 oz imitation crab
* 4 mini cucumbers

kani salad dressing-
* 1/3 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tsp white vinegar
* 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
* 1 tsp sriracha (or hot sauce)
* ¼ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS
* Julienne cucumbers and crab meat in thin strips (just pull apart the crab).
* Combine all of the ingredients for the dressing. Add about ¾ of the dressing to the salad. Mix. Add more dressing if needed.
* Top salad with avocado if preferred

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon pure olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped…

1/2 fresh lemon, Juice only
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Spaghetti Squash Burrito Bowls

Ingredients⁠
1-2 spaghetti squash⁠
1 tablespoon avocado oil (or cooking oil)⁠

Black Bean Burrito Mix⁠:
1 (16oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed⁠
1/2 cup corn⁠
1/3 cup red onion, diced⁠
1/2 red pepper⁠
1/2 cup chopped arugula or cilantro⁠
1/2 cup salsa⁠
1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)⁠
1 tablespoon chili powder⁠
1 teaspoon cumin⁠
1/2 teaspoon paprika⁠
dash of salt and pepper⁠

Optional topper – 1-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast or melted cheese. ⁠

Directions⁠

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. ⁠

2. Cut squash open lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Coat open side of squash with avocado oil and place open side down on baking tray. ⁠

3. Bake 50 minutes. While squash is cooking make black bean burrito mixture. ⁠

4. In a large container or bowl add black beans, corn, red onion, red pepper, arugula or cilantro, salsa, hot sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. ⁠

5. When squash is fully cooked, removed form oven and fork out squash flesh but leave in the bowls and add black bean mixture. Option to top with cheese or nutritional yeast. ⁠

6. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
