❣️🔨 **IMPORTANT SSD UPDATE!** 🪚❣️

Fall classes begin this Sunday, September 13, as planned! 🥳

Our new Capitol Boulevard location isn’t quite ready for us yet, so we’re doing what artists do best: adapting, improvising and rolling with the plot twist.

For now, classes will take place at our current Littlerock Road studio and in temporary spaces within the same plaza. A huge thank-you to ASHHO Cultural Center and Anytime Fitness for helping us make room for four studios’ worth of dancing! ❤️

**Current SSD families: Please read through these slides and watch your inbox. Every class will receive an email confirming exactly where to go.**

It may be a slightly unusual first week, but it will still be full of dancing, creativity, familiar faces and plenty of joy.

Season 13 is going to be a great one. A ✨ creative ✨ beginning never hurt anybody. 😜

There’s a little bit of magic happening all day long at SSD. ✨

Did you know that most weekdays our studios are moving from 8:30am - 9:15pm? 🤯🥳 Magic is for real happening all day long! ✨🪄

From preschool mornings to afternoon private lessons, after-school classes, comp rehearsals and adults finding their way back to dance. Everyday is jam packed with something for everyone! ❤️😍

Did you know you can do ALL of this at South Sound Dance?

Dance for kids. Dance for adults. Visual arts. Musical theater. And a whole lot of ways to move, learn, make things, meet people and find something you love. What’s extra magical? These things ALL work together in so many ways, any combination of disciplines is going to support the mind, body and spirit in soooooo many ways. Art changes lives. For reals. 😍💕🎨🎭🪩

We could be stressed about moving… Or Miss Rachel could put on another costume.

(The “another” is important. This has happened repeatedly. It will absolutely happen again)

There are approximately 700,000 things to do. But having a good day doesn’t always mean everything is going well…Sometimes you just have to make the ridiculous parts fun 😂😜🤷📦

Joy is something we choose around here.

And, sometimes joy is Miss Rachel wearing whatever we find in the next box, and walking around with the bubble guns that we keep finding 🫧🫧🫧😜
