“I’ve been coming to Haven for four years!! I tried something NEW…the reformer…and quickly fell in love with the benefits of Pilates. I feel stronger after every class, especially my core. All of the classes are so fun and one of my favorites is Let’s Jump! This class combines cardio with the jump board and is a great way to support bone density!”
