I am so sorry, we have been getting it in this week and I was ready to finish STRONG 💪🏽 with these arm!
I’m pretty sure I have the Flu. I tried to ignore it the last 2 days with these headaches but after going hard Tuesday - I am down bad!
Double up on your meds, stay out of the rain, protect yourself, and I hope to see you all Monday for Twerk Fitness and Glute Burn!

We done ate for the Holidays now it’s time to lose that weight for the New Year! 2023 is YOUR year!
