This International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating the incredible women I’ve had the honor of training. Every early morning workout, every rep that felt impossible, every moment you chose strength over doubt — it all adds up to something powerful.

You’ve shown me that fitness is about so much more than physical strength. It’s about confidence, resilience, discipline, and believing in yourself even on the hard days. Watching each of you push past limits, support one another, and grow stronger inside and out is the most inspiring part of what I do.

To every woman in my gym family: you are strong, capable, and unstoppable. Keep showing up, keep lifting each other up, and keep proving that strength looks different — and beautiful — on every single one of you.

As I look back at 2025, I can’t help but to become overwhelmed with emotion. I moved into my dream home, found my soulmate, became a bonus mom, opened my own home-gym, went to countless sporting events, took several mini trips with my family, went to my first metal concert, lost friends, made new friends, found out I was sick, underwent treatment that completely changed my body in every way, had some mental health struggles that strengthened my faith, and got engaged! I wouldn’t change anything I went through this year. Though there were plenty of challenging moments, there were more blessings then I could ever imagine! I’m excited to see what the New Year brings and I pray that God continues to bless me and my family, along with all of you!
