The Labor Day Low Dough Upper Tournament went off without a hitch as well today! The winner is none other than the one, the only, the Asian, THE SENSATION, Ryoko Sato! She’s a mom in real life, but she was everybody’s Daddy on the court today, and she becomes the gauntlet Queen! 2nd place goes to Benny Blanco Rogers and Blade Burroughs literally walks in off the street and takes 3rd. Great playing everyone!

Our Labor Day Low Dough Lower Tournament was a rousing success and insanely competitive! We had to question more than once if all these ladies were still friends during the process 🤣. Shelley Homan scaled the gauntlet mountain and comes out on top! Angela Cook takes second and Chelsea Rogers gets 3rd! Way to make a statement ladies!

What’s that? ANOTHER Pop-Up Women’s Tournament? One sip of the sweet taste of victory and now these ladies can’t get enough! Congrats to Dawn and Rachel for taking 1st place and bragging rights! Marley and Angela take second, while Makiko and Tammy make yet another medal photo with 3rd place. Great job ladies!

It took us a long time to find a picture that was in color, BUT we did it! Today is our beloved (he paid us to say that) Harold Hinchey’s 77th birthday! Someone make sure to keep a fire extinguisher handy in case he wants candles on the cake! 🤣 Happy Birthday Harold! You’re the best! (He also paid us to say that)

Only 4 words are needed to describe the Women’s Pop-Up Tournament today: A Test of Endurance. These ladies thought they were signing up for a simple social tournament, but boyyyy did they learn a thing or two! After 3 hours and approximately 164 games later, the champs have emerged! Congrats to Paula Jones and Michelle Wilkerson for coming out on top, while Makiko Barchalk and Tammy Hood take second! Way to sweat, ladies. Richard Simmons would be proud! 👏🏻🔥🧯🚒

Yesterday, we caught up with our own pickleball superhero, SuperJenn! We are so happy to see her back out and about and just doing normal things. She’s a Wonder Woman in a bunch of different ways, and we’re just happy she is OURS! Oh, and she cleaned all of the couch cushions yesterday, just in case anyone notices the added freshness around the building 🤣. We love you Jennifer! We had another Women’s Pop-Up tourney yesterday, and these ladies are loving it! Big congrats to Makiko and Missy for winning it all! Also, a huge shoutout to Jackie and Keely for getting 2nd place and winning Best Dressed! Until next time, Ladies ✌🏼✌🏼

Yesterday evening, a few ladies decided to venture south and check out PKL Row - a new indoor facility in Starkville, MS. They had a great time and loved the place! We always love to see new places to play pickleball, and we wish them all the success they can handle!
