🌊 Day 2 in Winston-Salem and the battles continued. ⚽💙

Our 2010 and 2011 Girls took on tough competition again today at the ECNL-RL North Carolina Showcase. The results didn't go our way but the growth happening on that field is real. This is exactly the kind of competition that makes players better and these girls are soaking up every minute of it.

And then there's Avery Holly. 👀

Avery rose to the occasion in last night's ECNL-RL Selection Game, one of the showcase's most prestigious fixtures, and represented Mississippi Surf with everything she had. We couldn't be more proud. Keep going and keep growing, Avery. The best is still ahead. 👏🌊

Day 1 in Winston-Salem and Mississippi Surf showed up. ⚽🔥

Our 2010 Girls came out strong winning 2-1 in their opening match and our 2011 Girls are currently tied in the second half as we post this. Go girls! 💙

But the day isn’t over yet.

Tonight, our very own Avery Holly takes the field representing Mississippi Surf in the ECNL-RL Selection Game, one of the top individual honors a player can receive at this showcase. We couldn’t be more proud of you, Avery. 👏

And if that wasn’t enough Coach Jorge Alvarez Prendes has been selected to coach for the Selection Game tonight as well. Mississippi Surf representing on both sides of the ball. 🌊🏄‍♂️

Rec soccer registration closes Sunday!

🌊 Road trip time for our 2010 & 2011 ECNL-RL Girls!

Our girls are making the trip to Winston-Salem, North Carolina this week for the ECNL-RL Regional League Showcase. A brand new stage. A chance to measure themselves against some of the best clubs in the country on a national platform. 💙⚽

This is what the work is for. Every training session, every game, every moment this season has been building toward exactly this. Now go show them what Mississippi Surf is made of.

We are just TWO WEEKS away from the start of our first-ever Tupelo Surf World Cup Camp, and we’re excited to officially reveal this year’s theme!

From June 8–11, players will take part in a unique World Cup-style soccer experience where each day of camp will feature a different country, themed competitions, and daily World Cup tournaments.

🇧🇷 Monday – Brazil - Dribbling
🇦🇷 Tuesday – Argentina - Finishing
🇪🇸 Wednesday – Spain - Passing
🇺🇸 Thursday – USA - Competition

Throughout the week, players will compete in:
⚽ World Cup small-sided games
⚽ Skill challenges
⚽ Finishing competitions
⚽ Team-based country competitions

At the end of each day, one player will be selected as our “Camper of the Day” and will receive an official jersey representing that day’s country theme.

In addition, every participant will receive:
🎟️ A free ticket to a Nashville SC MLS match of their choice
🕘 4 days of camp (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
🌟 A fun, energetic, and game-based learning environment led by our Tupelo Surf staff

🌊 The season may be over but the soccer never stops.
Last week, Mississippi Surf headed over to ECEC to bring the beautiful game to the kids of Tupelo for the very first time. Coach Kieran and Coach Josh had an incredible time introducing soccer to a group of young kids experiencing it for the very first time and by the looks of it, the feeling was mutual. 😄⚽

This is what Mississippi Surf is about beyond the scoreboard. Growing the game. Reaching every kid. Building a love for soccer that starts here and goes wherever they want to take it.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. 🌊
