Going a little old school for year 10 at BBFIT ❤️📝
One thing that has always made our gym special is the personal touch. We know our members, we celebrate their wins, and we care about their progress.
So as we enter year 10, we’re introducing something new:
BBFIT Progress Trackers! 👏🏼 Before each session, we’ll do a quick 3-minute check-in so members can track their progress throughout the year.
Each check-in includes:
• weight
• waist measurement
• InBody body composition scan
Members will also set a habit for the session, reflect at the end, and record a post-session win✨
We’ll file the progress cards at the gym, so they stay safe and we can track your progress all year long 🫡
Even a simple check-in like this can create POWERFUL accountability and help keep you focused on your goals.
Pricing (includes InBody scan):
Unlimited passholders – $15
Other passholders – $20
(InBody scans are normally $30)
Cash or Venmo only.
Complete all 7 sessions on your progress tracker and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a BBFIT Grand Prize 👀 5 for this year since we’re already 2 sessions in!
Because this first one falls during spring break week, our first Progress Week check-ins will be:
•Thursday – before/after morning & afternoon classes
•Friday – before/after morning classes
WALK-INS!!! So arrive 20-30mins before classes. More details to come.
Because we’re running this during class times, please plan to attend one of these check-in windows, as we won’t be able to accommodate additional times this week.
(No Saturday this time.)
After this first one, we’ll stick with our CONSISTENT Saturday Progress Morning before each new session.
Bear with us as we iron out the kinks of this new system — all you’ll have to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest 😊

BBFIT Blueprint is a structured strength program based on the style of programming I use in personal training. It’s designed to help you build strength and muscle with a clear plan.
Each weekly PDF includes:
• 3 strength workouts
• sets, reps, and exercise structure
• progressive overload guidance
• weekly targets for protein, steps, and optional cardio
Workouts are designed for a fully equipped gym, but many movements can easily be modified for home gym equipment as well. Most exercises are common gym movements you’ve likely seen before (squats, lunges, rows, etc). 45-60 min workouts.
This program is best for intermediate lifters or beginners who are already familiar with basic gym exercises and want a plan to follow without paying for full personal training.
New workouts are delivered every Sunday through PunchPass account in content library.
If you enjoy lifting but want someone to take the guesswork out of your workouts… this is for you!

This little girl had no idea she’d grow up to run a gym someday.
She just loved moving her body, playing sports, being around people, and dreaming big.
Now she’s the one greeting you at the door, coaching the workouts, celebrating your wins, and building a community inside the same gym her dad & mom believed she could create.
