Registration is now open for June! Now that summer break is here will be adding a youth strength and conditioning class to keep those kids active! for the ages 10-15. The class is open to ages 10-15 and all fitness levels. Class will be held Tuesday and Thursday at 10am for a 1 hour duration. If you have any questions, feel free to message or give us a call.
