44 men (1 FNG) chose the Gloom this morning, including 27 who elected to run the IronPAX Week 0 beatdown at the Ridge. That makes 57 participants in the IPC for us, with probably another 15 who will run it later in the week.

Size 34 At nearly 380 pounds, Wonka knew something had to change. He started walking and losing weight. Then he found F3—and a drive he never knew he had. Today, at 50, he’s under 200 pounds, back in size 34 pants, and still accelerating.

Officer Keller was born on 7/9/94. He was 31 years old when he died. He served our country in the US Army from 2016-2020. He was an active member of the South Carolina National Guard. And he was a member of the Greenwood City Police Department since 2023. He is survived by his wife, Allison, and a 2-year old daughter. His End of Watch was 5/11/2026.
