Tuscaloosa Rimfire Challenge

It seems like our practice nights are starting to gain a little momentum. Last night we had 11 people who braved the hot, humid weather to come shoot with us. We ran 3 stages. One pistol and two rifle. Thank you to everyone who turned up. Next practice will hopefully be next week if the weather is kind to us. More details to come on that.

Tuscaloosa Rimfire Challenge matches are starting at Tuscaloosa Shooting Sports!

Matches will be held on the second Saturday of the month. Here is the schedule for this year.

October - no match
Nov 14th
Dec 12th

At each match there will be a new shooter briefing at 830am with the match starting at 9am.

Entry fee will be $10 club members and $15 for non members.

We set up two stages today for club members to come and see what Rimfire challenge is all about. This gave everyone an opportunity to practice the safety protocols and to shoot with the timer. It was also good for us to try out our RSO training! All the attendees said they had a good time and hope to come to our first match.

We passed!! All systems go for our first match hopefully in May! More details to come.
