We’re turning up the heat with a feature that’s all about bold, classic flavors. This week we’re serving Mishima Reserve American Wagyu, a beautifully marbled 12 oz Denver cut, grilled to perfection and topped with chimichurri and grilled onions. It’s paired with locally grown fried okra and roasted baby new potatoes finished with fresh rosemary, sea salt, and clarified butter. The end of the summer is approaching quickly, which means it’s time for our Back to School Pool Party!
Meet us on the pool deck on Friday, August 7th, from 4 - 8pm. Come by to enjoy the sun and stay for the glow! We’ll have a buffet, kids signature drink, DJ, and water slide. ⛱️

While summer is still in full swing, Chef Paul is already drawing inspiration from the flavors of fall. This week’s feature brings those comforting flavors together with a catfish filet stuffed with Alabama jumbo lump blue crab, topped with an oregano bacon hollandaise, and served over Creole risotto with grilled local squash and zucchini. Whether you’re in the mood for a seasonal favorite or something completely new, we can’t wait for you to come and taste what we’ve prepared for you!
