POUND is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. This full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with upbeat music and drum-inspired movement for a class that is both fun and effective.
No music or fitness experience needed — just bring your energy and get ready to sweat! Join us at the Jerry Tingle Center and turn your workout into a rock concert.
