This summer, exciting improvements have been happening around the school.

Thanks in large part to athletic sponsorships, the gym floor was completely redone with new branding and new required shot clocks were added into the gym.

Each of our community members make a difference in helping bring in needed funds whether it is by working concessions and gates, serving as an operations coordinator, or purchasing a corporate or family sponsorship. Your giving spirit is appreciated!

Our football team recently got new gameday uniforms thanks to the generosity of many of our community members and local businesses.

This effort, led by head coach Bobby Snyder, was a great success in outfitting our Saints.

Last week, members of the softball team volunteered at Tuscaloosa PARA’s Summer Camp Sports Day to teach softball skills to campers.

🏀 Welcome Coach Bill Reese! 🏀

Holy Spirit Catholic School is excited to announce the hiring of Bill Reese as our new Men's Varsity Basketball Head Coach!

Coach Reese brings a strong background in player development, team leadership, and program building. As the founder of B&B Development Academy, he has spent years training and mentoring athletes throughout West Alabama while helping them grow both on and off the court. He also served as an assistant coach and skills development trainer at Chattahoochee Valley Community College, where he helped develop collegiate basketball players and contributed to all aspects of the program.

Coach Reese is passionate about teaching the fundamentals of the game, developing basketball IQ, and building a culture of discipline, accountability, and teamwork.

Please join us in welcoming Coach Reese to the Holy Spirit family. We are excited for the future of Saints Basketball under his leadership!

Booster club sponsorships are a wonderful way to support the school, provide value to families with multi-sport athletes and allow connections with other Holy Spirit families.

In an effort to allow children to attend Holy Spirit VBS and our cheer camp, the times for elementary cheer camp have been adjusted from 1-4:30 PM the same exact days!

Proceeds will go directly to funding our athletic program and the camp is sponsored by the middle and high school cheerleaders.
