Deshler Basketball

Deshler basketball team helps clean up community TUSCUMBIA — Members of the Deshler High School basketball team traded basketballs for w**d trimmers this week as they spent several hours cleaning flower beds downtown as a community service

We took our guys who don’t play football to do some community service this morning.

First, we laid sod around the courtyard to continue the revamp of the landscaping there that we started in the spring.

Then, we took our guys downtown to give the flower beds and planters some TLC before “Meet the Tigers” next week.

These eight kids worked around 3 straight hours this morning giving back to their community. Our guys are so much more than buckets in a gym—they are outstanding young men. Our coaching staff could not be more grateful to work with them every day!

1:45-3:00PM: Upcoming 4th-6th Boys
3:00-4:15PM: Upcoming 5th-6th Girls

In order to attend, your son/daughter had to be a member of a Deshler TVBA team last school year. Coming to this camp DOES NOT guarantee that he/she will make a team this season, but it is an opportunity to get more advanced training by our high school coaches prior to tryouts.

There are two payment options:
$10 per individual session
$25 for all 3 sessions (paid on July 15)

Players who attend all 3 sessions will get a Deshler Basketball t-shirt.
