You can always do step ups instead of box jumps, BUT…….
There is a ton of value in getting more comfortable with jumping up to something.
If you always scale box jumps, consider starting small and get comfortable jumping to a small box on your next workout!

Tips for a GREAT Push-Up
1. Keep your body straight: “straight as steel, head to heel”
2. Touch your chest/upper abs to the ground - every time
3. Push all the way up to finish the rep - don’t sell your triceps short on their range of motion!
