Crossfit Tustin is amazing. Great community. Fun energetic. The staff is great, supportive, patient, fun and flexible. The one thing I truly like about Crossfit Tustin, is when I don’t feel like working out but I show up, my classmates, the environment makes me push harder in a friendly competitive way. I leave class feeling like I have accomplished something for the day and happy.
CrossFit Tustin is a wonderful box and has amazing coaches. They have built a welcoming community from fitness to elite athletes of all ages.
The coaches really stress safety and proper form to prevent injury. Each WOD is challenging, but can be modified or scaled for your level. The staff care about the members and want to help you reach your personal goals. If you are looking for a fun place to relieve stress and get fit, this is the gym for you!
Best CrossFit gym in all of Southern California. Their coaching staff is highly knowledgeable and the programming is always on point. This place knows exactly what they are doing and know how to treat their members, like family. Once you come in you will become a member. It is that kind of place.

The workouts are challenging yet suitable for all types of athletes. Great staff and community. I love leaving this gym daily knowing I got my butt kicked and put in WORK!
I am now 74 yrs young. Crossfit has helped keep me fit and active. My new PR in box jump was 24". I can now deadlift 100 lbs. Before, I could barely drag my 30 lb suitcase through an airport. Crossfit coaches are challenging and encouraging. The class is fun. Being the only senior citizen at 7am, everyone cheers me on. Makes getting up early worth it. Crossfit is for seniors if you start slow and easy. Fun to work out with young 'uns.

You can always do step ups instead of box jumps, BUT…….

There is a ton of value in getting more comfortable with jumping up to something.

If you always scale box jumps, consider starting small and get comfortable jumping to a small box on your next workout!

Tips for a GREAT Push-Up
1. Keep your body straight: “straight as steel, head to heel”
2. Touch your chest/upper abs to the ground - every time
3. Push all the way up to finish the rep - don’t sell your triceps short on their range of motion!

We strive to break away from the current, flawed fitness model and marketing deception that is so prevalent in the industry today—quick fix pills, cheap gimmick machines and over-hyped DVDs. We believe that true health and fitness cannot be found in magazines who prop up their headlines and adds with air brushed images and starving models.
