Core: 30 sec x 3
1) pilates 100's, mt climbers, plank
2) side v crunch, supermans, heel touches
3)(option to use weights) plank pull throughs, Russian twists, toe touch
Legs: 30 sec x 4
1) squats, squat jumps
2) lunges, split jumps
3) sumo squats, power jacks

Warm up, dynamic stretch
Core: (3x 45 sec each) dead bug, w's and glute bridge walks
Main: 6 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Repeat each round for 8 min
Round 1:
1) 50x jump rope, 10x dumbbell thrusts, 50 x jump rope, 10x side lunge
Round 2:
2) 50 x jump rope, 10 x step ups, 50 x jump rope, 10 x leg lowers with toe reach
Round 3:
3) 50 x jump rope, 10 x crab toe touch, 50 x jump rope, 10 x fighting monkey

Cardio circuit: burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers
3 sets for each circuit.
Circuit 1: 10 each 1 arm rows, 10 each leg static lunge with bicep curl, 10 each leg 1 leg deadlift
Circuit 2: 15 tricep kickbacks, 15 wide back rows, 15 squat with shoulder press
Circuit 3: 10 Pushups, 10 chest fly & 10 chest press in bridge, 10 double crunches
Circuit 4: 20 plank side toe taps, 20 side plank dips each side, 20 bicycle crunches, 20 toe touch crunches

1) jumping jacks, mountain climbers
2) alternating hammer curl, sebco's
3) burpees, plank knee to elbow
4) squat- hop in 2 out 2, lunge hold with weights
5) side plank with rotation, reverse flys

1) up downs with weight above head (alternate legs)
*side shuffle with floor tap
2) staggered stance w/ row kickback (30 sec each side)

Cool down and stretch. ✌🤟🤘
Pick a card and complete the exercise with the key below. Do the number of reps on the card. Face cards are 10. Aces are 11 not 1😉. Tey go make it through the whole deck.
Heart= plank knee to elbow (count each side as one)
Diamond= squat jumps with floor touch (alternate hand that touches)
Clubs = leg lowers with toe reach
Spades= row, kickback
