Welcome back, Mike! 💪

For many years, Mike has been a RoughFit staple, bringing laughter, energy, and consistency to every workout. Mike is all about staying fit! He’s still hiking mountains, tackling adventures, and proving that fitness has no expiration date.

One of Mike’s favorite pieces of advice?

“Allow yourself to struggle and fail—but never stop showing up.”

That’s what RoughFit is all about. Not perfection. Not being the fastest or strongest. Just showing up, again and again, until healthy habits become part of who you are.

Meet Erin Thrash 💪🌲

For the past year, Erin has brought strength, positivity, and consistency to the RoughFit community. Whether she’s leading an architectural design team, hiking trails, skiing, or showing up for Tuesday run club, Erin is always pushing herself to grow.

She joined RoughFit after watching her husband get faster on runs and hearing nonstop about the amazing community — and now she’s one of the people helping make it so special. Erin says the friendships, accountability, and mindset shifts have kept her coming back, helping her become stronger physically and mentally along the way.

Her advice for anyone new? Just show up. The people, support, and consistency will take care of the rest. We’re so grateful to have Erin as part of the RoughFit family ❤️
