Last week my Dad/Coach Mike found out there’s a local high school with players excited to learn and play high school baseball but not all of them have the necessary equipment to start the season. I knew once found this out he would do what he could to help out!

Can you make an adjustment from pitch to pitch❓
Making adjustments on the fly is one of the toughest parts of hitting. During hitting sessions I try to challenge the hitter to not miss hit two balls in a row.
