Auditing and Reviewing all medical records for PPR/SIU Audits, Ensuring all records are sent and received in a timely manner, Must have minimum of one year understanding behavioral health medical records & experience in Kipu, Alleva, Lightning Step, Best Notes, Sigmumd, or other Behavioral Health EMR Softwares.

Billing Representative- Hourly ($20-25)- Remote with Experience otherwise in office in Tustin/Costa Mesa, CA
Responsible for accurate submission of claims

Claims Manager- Salaried (90K+ annual)- Remote
Responsible for ensuring AR is up to date and collected for all accounts, manage a large team of claims representatives (40+), must have experience in BH Claims/RCM as well as managing remote teams.

Account Manager/Customer Success- This position handles a case load of 10-15 facilities. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, OON VOB Quotes, and reviewing and auditing AR- Salaried Position $55-70k depending on experience- Can be Remote with experience- Training may be on site in Costa Mesa.

Medical Records Representative- This an entry level position is responsible for printing, reviewing, and providing feedback on client medical records to send to the payers. - Hourly Position - $18-25 an hour depending on experience. Due to dealing with PHI this position is only in house in Costa Mesa.

Appeals Coordinator- This position is responsible for all claims related and medical necessity appeals. Willing to train the right candidate if the candidate is in the OC Area and will be in the CA Office in Costa Mesa. Remote must have experience in writing appeals. Must have great written skills to be trained. Hourly Position - $18-25 an hour depending on experience.

This person should have experience with documentation requirements and EMR software. Willing to train to insurance requirements. This position is in office in Costa Mesa, CA. -Biller- This position is responsible for creating and auditing hourly attendance and billing out services to payers. This position can be remote for someone with experience. Hourly Position.
