It’s almost time to take the field! To ensure every player is cleared for the upcoming season, we have scheduled our Annual Physical Day. This is a mandatory step for all football players and cheerleaders to participate in the Tustin Cobras.

• Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026 (Annual Date)
• Time: please attend your scheduled time for your age bracket
• Location: TBD
Schedule:
8U/9U Football & Cheer: 8:30AM- 9:45AM
10U/11U: 9:45AM - 11:00AM
12U: 11:00AM - 12:30PM
13U: 12:30PM - 2:00PM
What to Bring:
To complete your certification, please ensure you have the following items ready to turn in:
1. Original Birth Certificate: New players must bring the original (with a raised seal) for verification, plus one clear photocopy.
2. 2025-2026 Full-Year Report Card: Must show grades for all four quarters or both semesters.
3. Proof of Residence: A recent utility bill is required.
4. Recent Photo: Two 2x2 color headshots (no hats or sunglasses).
