Late summer thunderstorms putting a damper on your evening ride plans? Or looking for a change of scenery to augment your fall and winter training? We happen to have an inside solution to those outside issues!

Our indoor arena is well lit, insulated and heated for the coming colder days, with good footing year round. We have a couple full care boarding slots available, offering the following:

There was a bit of chill in the air this morning as we headed out to ride. Before too long we’ll see the snowbirds fill the yard, headed to points South.

The barn and pens are clean and ready for your arrival as you hit the fall shows, and make those winter plans. Remember to call in advance, as we often book weeks, if not months out.

2026 Fall CSI Students: Are you looking for somewhere safe and quiet to keep your horse and ride this upcoming school year? 3X Livestock has horse boarding spots available!

We offer a private, safe equestrian facility, located in Twin Falls, Idaho. Our full care boarding offers the following:

-16x40 pens with a shed and automatic waterers
-Sand footing in the pens, worked as needed and cleaned daily
-High quality grass and grass/alfalfa hay we produce ourselves

Horse Boarding Available

With spring right around the corner, we do have both the stalls and pens opened back up after the EHV outbreaks this winter. We have several reservations booking into May and June already, so reach out with your travel plans and we’ll get you on the books!

Work-for-Board Opportunity Available

We are offering a work-for-board spot at our facility. In exchange for completing chores once daily, 5 days per week, board is available at a significantly reduced rate.

🐴 Amenities include:

Heated indoor arena

Hay included

🐴 Chores include:

Cleaning outdoor sand pens

Feeding hay

We are seeking someone reliable and consistent who takes pride in doing chores thoroughly and on time. Consistency is essential.

It’s in to the hot and dusty part of the year, and for those managing arenas, we swear by Hydrext from Kiser Ranch Development. We have a 1,500 gallon water truck and it only takes 6 ounces per load.

Using other surfactants, we were watering daily and it took a gallon/load, with minimal results. We now water a couple times a week for dust management and it keeps it pretty well in check. If our reining riders need lofty stopping ground, we will water more frequently, and there tends to be enough Hydrext in the footing already that we can reactivate it with out having to add every time.

The amount used comes out to around $10/load, so around $20/week to keep the dust in check has made a big difference for us. Hope this helps our horse friends manage their ground through the summer. To order, call the number in the link.
