Would you know what to do if someone grabbed you, restrained you, or put you in a dangerous situation?

Join us at Twinsburg Karate Institute for a practical Women’s Self-Defense Class designed to help women and teens develop skills they can actually use.

During this class, we’ll work on practical techniques to help you:

Escape common grabs and holds
Respond quickly under pressure
Improve awareness and personal safety
Build confidence and assertiveness
Learn simple, effective self-defense techniques

No martial arts experience is necessary. This class is designed for beginners, and you do not need to be in great physical condition to participate.

Open to women and teens ages 13+.

Come by yourself, bring your daughter, sister, friend, coworker, or a group. Wear comfortable workout clothes and be ready to learn.

Your child will get to jump right in and participate in a fun, beginner-friendly martial arts class, while parents have the opportunity to meet our instructors, learn about the TKI Homeschool Martial Arts Program, and ask questions.

Our program is about much more than kicks and punches. We use martial arts to help children develop:

Confidence and self-esteem
Focus and concentration
Discipline and self-control
Respect and good character
Fitness, balance and coordination
Practical self-defense skills
Friendships and teamwork

No martial arts experience is needed, and the Open House is completely FREE!

Give your child a strong start with our exciting Preschool Martial Arts Program at Twinsburg Karate Institute!

Designed especially for children ages 3–5, our fun, high-energy classes help young students build confidence, improve focus, develop coordination, and learn important life skills, all while having an amazing time!
